- Sediakan 250 gr dari Terigu Protein Tinggi (cakra).
- Sediakan 1 btr dari Telur kocok lepas.
- Sediakan 5 sdm dari gula putih.
- Anda perlu 1/2 sdt dari ragi instan.
- Anda perlu 5 sdm dari margarine.
- Anda perlu 1 sachet dari susu bubuk.
- Anda perlu 180 ml dari susu cair dingin.
- Anda perlu dari Bahan isi.
- Anda perlu 4 sdm dari margarine beku.
- Sediakan dari Keju parut (optional).
- Anda perlu dari Susu kental manis.
- Sediakan dari Bahan toping.
- Anda perlu 100 gr dari gula halus.
- Sediakan 100 gr dari margarine.
- Sediakan 1 dari putih telur.
- Sediakan 2 sdm dari maizena.
- Anda perlu 100 gr dari terigu protein rendah (kunci biru).
- Sediakan 1 sachet dari kopi mix (larutkan dgn 2 sdm air).
- Anda perlu Secukupnya dari pasta mocca.

Cara Masak Roti Boy / Mexican Bun
- Aktifkan ragi caranya, larutkan ragi dengan 200ml air hangat kuku tambah gula aduk sampai gula larut,diamkan 10 menit sampai berbuih (tanda ragi aktif)..Diwadah terpisah, campur terigu, telur, susu bubuk aduk rata,setelah itu masukan sedikiti2 larutan ragi sambil diuleni, (jgn dituang sekaligus),kalo dirasa kurang kalis tambah tepung,setelah kalis masukan margarine,..
- Diuleni lagi hingga benar benar kalis elastis kurang lebih 15 menit,,bulatkan adonan istirahatkan 1 jam tutup dengan kain serbet.
- Buat toping sambil menunggu adonan roti,,mixer margarine dan gula tepung lalu masukan putih telur,terigu dan maizena,masukan larutan kopi dan pasta mocca,,.
- Setelah 1 jam adonan mengembang 2x lipat,kempiskan adonan uleni lagi sebentar (sebelum uleni adonan tangan balur dengan tepung)...Potong2 adonan bulatkan ukuran tergantung selera,pipihkan adonan isi dengan 1/2 sdm margarine beku (bisa ditambah keju dan skm),lakukan sampai adonan habis,susun di loyang,,.
- Masukan bahan toping ke piping bag,tuang toping ke roti bentuk obat nyamuk,,lalu panaskan oven dgn suhu 180c,panggang dgn api atas bawah kurang lebih 30 menit (tergantung oven masing2).
- Roti boy siap disantap dijamin seisi rumah harum roti,,hehe selamat mencoba buibu,,.
