Bahan Roti boy / Coffee buns
- Sediakan dari Dough :.
- Anda perlu 300 gr dari T.trigu.
- Anda perlu 50 gr dari Gula.
- Anda perlu 30 gr dari Blueband.
- Anda perlu 1 btr dari Telur.
- Sediakan dari Ragi 6gr (me : softbread).
- Sediakan 120 ml dari Susu cair/air.
- Anda perlu Sejumput dari garam.
- Sediakan dari Topping :.
- Sediakan 50 gr dari Gula halus.
- Anda perlu 50 gr dari Mentega.
- Sediakan 50 gr dari T.trigu.
- Anda perlu 1 butir dari Putih telur.
- Sediakan 1 sdt dari Coffee instan.
- Anda perlu dari Pasta mocca 1-3 tetes (sedikit saja ya).
- Sediakan dari Filling :.
- Sediakan dari Unsalted butter (sdah dimixer lembut msukkan keplastik segitiga).
But my first attempt on this coffee bun was really a disaster hahaha.filling all oozing out and the topping really looks ugly *no eyes see* >.<. G. these buns are SO delicious you've got to try them! These fluffy, buttery buns are topped with a coffee scented cookie crust, and because they're so ridiculously tasty they became wildly popular in Southeast Asia. coffee buns or roti boys as some call it…anywho, i love these…. the smell of it when baking…. the faint smell of coffee is so romantic…. the hubby loves this bun but surprisingly, he did not know it's called roti boy (and he calls himself malaysian?)… anyway, I enjoy plating my bakes with cute. I saw a lot of people walking around in the mall eating out of these little paper bags.
Cara Membuat Roti boy / Coffee buns
- Dought : aktifkan ragi dengan mencampurkan susucair hangat ditambah ragi dan gula sedikit lalu diamkan 5-7mnt (berbusa tandanya masih bagus).
- Diwadahlain campur tepung, gula, telur yg sudah dikocok dan ragi yg sudah diaktifkan lalu ulenin sampai setengah kalis.
- Masukkan mentega dan garam lalu adon kembali sampai kalis (me : pakai mixer).
- Setelah kalis diamkan sekitar 1 jam dan tutup dengan kain/plastikwarp.
- Topping : campurkan semua bahan jd 1 lalu aduk sampai kecampur rata. Ingat ya semua bahan perbandingannya 1: 1 masukkan kedlm plastik segitiga.
- Setelah 1 jam, adonan td di kempis agak udara keluar lalu bagi adonan dgn berat 30-45gr (me 35gr adonan akan mengembang bia dipanggang kmbali).
- 1 per 1 adonan diBulat2kan lalu pipihkan isi dengan filling lalu cubit2 sedikit utk menutup adonan kmudian bulatlan kembali, lalu diamkan 15-30mnt.
- Setelah 15-30mnt ambil bahan topping lalu semprot memutar seperti obatnyamuk (semua bagian permukaan atas harus kena) tabur sedikit taburan gula butiran halus diatasnya.
- Panggang disuhu 150-160° selama 20-25mnt (sesuaikan oven masing2).
